ABOUT THIS SERIES
This fun series blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with yoga-inspired moves to increase your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Each sweat session mixes intense bursts of exercise with short periods of rest to boost your energy and metabolism throughout the day. By combining dynamic bodyweight exercises with mindful breathing and stretching, you’ll work your body from head to toe and get the most out of each workout. Prepare to leave each class feeling energized and empowered.

I have never seen anyone else pay such attention to the hands and wrists. I feel like so much of yoga practice depends on your wrist strength and flexibility, so that was really amazing and helpful. Thank you!

One of the best 30 minute practices I've found. Truly balanced - rigorous, grounding, and uplifting all at once. And Koya is such a joy!

I think this is wonderful. One tip though, to tell viewers to take it at their own pace as they are better getting to 7 with good form and without injury then trying to keep up with you and get to 10 as it is very fast. Thanks for the video and getting us moving.

Actually she did say to go at your own pace at the beginning and throughout the practice. Plus that is common to do ONLY what you can do without being told lol
