I've been praticing yoga for many years now ,taken classes in different countries with different teachers , but I somehow always came back to your videos for my homepratice. I kind of slowed down my practice in the previous months and the variety of your classes are helping me A LOT to get back in shape gently!!!! So thank you lesley for sharing your knowledge!!!!
Good feeling class - predominantly strenghtening mindful movements with a little bit of fitness vibe to it (personally preferred to skip the "leg lifts"). Thanks for keeping the classes coming and keeping them varied too :)
After I was scared to do yoga for almost a month after twisting my ankle, this was my first round back in the saddle, and it was amazing! Thank you so much!

If you search “Fightmaster bedtime yoga” all those videos could be good before bed. Although someone told me in one of the videos one of kids was making noise in the background. I’m not sure which one. 💕✨
