It is actually 31 Exercises, 20 reps each. I just started working out for the first time. I really enjoy the variety and that it is full body and only 30 minutes! 20 Double Leg Squats 20 Half/Full Double Leg Squats (a half and a full equals 1 rep) 20 Wide Leg Squats 20 Half/Full Wide Leg Squats (a half and a full equals 1 rep) 20 Tippy-Toe Squats 20 Half/Full Tippy-Toe Squats (a half and a full equals 1 rep) 20 Single Leg Squats - Right 20 Single Leg Squats - Left 20 Single Leg Tippy-Toe Squats - Right 20 Single Leg Tippy-Toe Squats - Left 20 Pull-ups 20 Side Squats - Right 20 Side Squat - Left 20 Chin-ups (chin-ups are underhand grip) 20 Single Leg Side Squats Toe Up + Jump - Right 20 Single Leg Side Squats Toe Up + Jump - Left 20 Pull-ups 20 Jumps 20 Chin-ups 20 Jogs 20 Double Rows - both arms 20 Single Rows - one arm then the other equals 1 rep 20 Chest Presses 20 Pull Overs 20 Ab Tucks 20 Biceps/Sweeps (10 Biceps / 10 Sweeps) 20 Biceps/Sweeps (10 Biceps / 10 Sweeps) 20 Ab Sweeps - Right 20 Ab Sweeps - Left 20 Full Hip Thrusts 20 Hip Pulses

Wonderful Rosalie! This is the closest to your Jimmy Brown workout on Total Gym site which I do 3 times a week and love it! I have listened to you for over 10 years and the reason I love working out and seeing how body and mind responds. Really enjoy strength exercising & how my arms look. I also ❤was a huge fan of the Simply Fit board and for years used it too. I am 75 and hope to keep exercising for a long time!

Got my Total Gym Ultimate exactly one week ago today and already seeing results! PCOS pushed me over the 300lb mark but here I am, 7 days in after using the Total Gym with a 3 days on, 1 day off routine and I'm already down 5lbs with a definite increase in my mobility and that's in a week with this routine! Started at level 1 and moving on to level 2 already. I can already tell this is the best decision I've made and now my husband is starting to work out as well. Working towards that Total Gym Challenge!

I just finished this workout and I absolutely loved it! I needed a full body workout before a Dr appointment and this is just what the doctor ordered! My heart was pumping for most of it, so I got my cardio in as well. I’ve already saved it to my library because I’ll definitely be going back to this one time and time again. As always, thank you Rosalie for all you do for us❣️

I bought a brand new Total Gym "Encompass" last December, still waiting for the rest of my strength package to arrive from a very slow boat from China. I just love "Encompass". I gave my old 2002 Total Gym and your instructional DVD to my 32-year-old daughter, she loves it. After all these years, you are still awesome and amazing. Keep it going "girl".

Just finished this workout again today. I really love this one. Sad part is I go in for major bunion surgery and will be out of commission for quite a while, but will start from scratch again and hopefully build myself back to where I am after 2 years if working out with total gym!

I bought a used Platinum Plus from a friend and have finally started to use it. I will definitely workout along with your video! I see you have some kind of handles on the glide board. I would like to have some, too but can't find anything online.

Make sure you pull the black pin all the way out, then pull coloured pin to lift rails up.

I have a burning question - how does the resistance work in terms of upper and lower body? The higher one is on the bar the higher the resistance or vice versa? And is it different for upper and lower body? Hope I’m explaining my question well.

It’s like a treadmill… higher incline more weight load..plus you can add weight plates to bottom of glide board- it’s amazing machine

There are 12 -15 different heights to choose from- it can lie flat like a Pilates reformer…you change height after exercise according to muscle & strength

Definitely! You can do seared rows with thumbs up, palms up, palms down, alternate with single arm rows and cross cable rows! Always feel free to modify!

My chiro says if you work all muscles the same day, then you need to rest your musles 2 days. He says high reps doesn't help with weight loss.

Do what works best for you! I’m 61 and I work out 5x a week - get 10,00O steps a day and latest research says as long as you work your muscles to fatigue- you’ll add muscle to your body. The more muscle you have, the better your metabolism- so you do what works for you

I’d recommend challenging your muscles in 12-24 reps aim for 4-5 workouts a week.. workouts that I post are the workouts that I do. I do full body workouts 5x a week with many clients doing the same and loving the results. Plus 10,00o steps 7x a week

You must have a FIT MODEL OR XLS MODEL to use weights & weight bar…. Check your gym .. is there holes at bottom to slide a weight bar in? If you want a total gym that holds weight plates- it’s on sale at qvc.com and TSc.ca
