To all the people asking if the bird has an itch from the water. Ask yourselves. "What do I do when I decide to take a bath?" She's cleaning herself guys lmao
Conspiracies by Hans - The beak is made of keratin, the same stuff hair and finger nails are made of. Toucans have long beaks because it regulates their body temperature, helps them reach food in the wild, and to ward off potential predators.
It so hard to tell if you are a troll because I looked on your channel an saw you have a whole video based on how the Toucan if fake. So you are either really stupid or a horrible troll because there is literally a video of a Toucan from baby to adulthood on youtube.
Toucans, you may think its a bird. Its not. Its a dog who likes cuddles and drink awkwardly. A toucan can beg for hugs. and if they dont get it... They sound like a a machine gun
I am a lefty too. Lefty women are less common than lefty men. Cockatoos appear to be left footed. African Grey Parrots are right footed (well Petra is). Until I started watching exotic bird videos, I had no idea that birds can have a dominant foot. So now I can add Toucans to my list of lefties. My right eye and right ear are dominant. I see more colors with my right eye. I am able to recognize people's voices over the phone with my right ear but not my left ear. Overall, I have better hearing with my right ear. As far as I can tell, the only useful purpose of my left ear is that it helps identify the direction a sound is coming from. I wonder if right handed people have opposite side dominance for sight and hearing as I do.
I never would have guessed that a toucan could move as fast as Ripley does when she's cleaning her beak with her feet - all the camera picks up is a blur! And it figures: Once she's soaked she has to share the bounty with the upholstered furniture and the rest of the house!
Toucans are so strange!!! everytime i see one i have to think of this one picture where someone edited the beak away and it was just this super tiny head.
Just found out about this amazing channel and i can't stop watching your videos. I live in Brazil and i love toucans, i still remember the 1st time i saw one jumping around and clicking, i can never get enough of them ! Best wishes for you and Ripley.
Conspiracies by Hans oh ok that makes sense but I always thought aren't there natural toucans or is this all a lie if it is I'm going to be *T R I G G E R E D*
