My wife said this show wasnt funny. I am seriously disgusted by her very presence (edit 3 years later) she now understands why it was a great show because I made her watch it a lot
This needs to come back as a podcast. Colin still has to be the host to stop comedians from taking the pc back-door to dance around the subject. Imagine Louis, Burr, Norton and Schultz. I have a dream!!
@@Willthrill8 true there's no real hunger from the old ones anymore, they're comfortable. And I really don't have any hope for these current gen comics who are all way too PC
@@daquansbussy4288 Bro lol When Joe has Shane Gillis, Mark Normand and Ari on.. they go for it. Not to mention Schultz, Tony H and Tim Dillon definitely go for jugulars
Around 3:03 is that a DeNiro laughing sound drop? The one where he goes “hahaha that’s terrific, thats terrific” but it was just the hahaha part. Edit: It’s actually VOS! 😂 realized later
Canceled for the blue collar idiots. Wonder what those shit kickers are doing. Said they cancelled tough crowd cause people had a hard time understanding what colin said. So they replaced him with larry the cable guy. 😄 (foxworthy roast)
I always hated he wasn’t on here more but you can tell he didn’t have the confidence Patrice had at that time. Oddly enough, his career swung forward as Patrice’s hit an odd spot before his untimely passing. But I almost feel this Burr would’ve been too scared to unleash like he does now, he was still funny but very aware here bs now days
9:51 - Proops calls hip hop "schlocky" and a fantastic exchange occurs between Patrice, Proops, and Colin. You can't write something as funny as that. That's just hilarious people letting it fly. Proops should've been a regular. He could go off the cuff, and he was funny in a different way than the regulars. Great chemistry with Patrice, too.
@@antoniocollie865 sure he developed the show, got it produced and the radically diverse thinking guests were his friends. He made the show. Have you ever caught his specials? They're Mark Twain ish.
11:13 got me dying "Ahpfftt exactly" lmao....and regarding the music, hip hop and rap is different in my opinion, hiphop carries funk wisdom culture and substance, rap is party/fun music that will only last its 15 minutes of fame
Ahh, 2003, when a white guy would bring up hiphop and then get mad at the black guy for “making it all about race” 😂 wow, I understand Patrice’s anger.
Dude..your dolar doesn't have a gold representation anymore..so they arranged that oil would be sold only for dolar and not euro or anything else and that gives your dolar alittle bit of power.
Patrice didn’t even hear Colin’s WuTang “C.R.E.A.M.” reference. I saw where Colin was going with his argument but instead of hearing his points and then responding, Patrice just cut him off and didn’t let an actual conversation happen. I absolutely love Patrice but this was just yelling over each other without discussing things. Still hilarious tho. Also, If Greg Proops had less condescending smugness and a lot more comedy, he would be likable. No matter what he is talking about, it all just sounds like arrogant nothingness.
I agree about Greg. I've got a second cousin that's gay, and also has that condescending smug attitude. * I only bring up his sexual orientation because if he ever got beaten up or jumped by a group of people, I would probably be called as a character witness for the Defense. "They didn't beat him up because he's gay, they beat him up because he's an asshole."
@@vincebrogan2878what is this fantasy you’ve come up with? Wow, awful big imagination there kiddo, greg is beaten up and the trial asks YOU to be a character witness for the victim?!? 😂 wow
BS, you don’t like him because he’s not trying to win you over. I’ve grown to love the guy, go see “whose line” live with Greg hosting and you’ll love him.
@@_..-.._..-.._ You're calling him obsessed, yet you responded with 3 different comments crying while also liking your own comments. You didn't come out of this on top, chief.
