Drop-dead gorgeous. The views are amazingly beautiful. My favorite room was the workout room as well. It offers so many options and ways to utilize this private space. Also, you mentioned a link with pictures of the home staged but I don't see them in the description. Would love to see a designer's perspective.

For almost 6 MILLION dollars, I expected an amazing master bedroom and an over the top bathroom. This place is a major disappointment in that department. Completely underwhelming. It’s maybe a 2.5 million dollar home. Or maybe 3.

Humble opinion… poor design for the price and lot. You have a lot of wasted space that if it was thought out a little could offer better use. Example… you have a work out room in which the only way to get to it, unless you go outside, is to go through a bed room with a full en suite? Kind of dumb. If you wanted to use it as an in-law suite, you don’t have a “full bathroom” or closet. Who would ever use that en suite in the bedroom attached to the walk way? You have an upstairs “bonus area” that should be a bed room with a balcony. You also have 2 more bedrooms upstairs with little to no view of the river. The master is underwhelming, the “office” is poor at best. And what the heck is that “whine” room? It just is poorly thought out given the price tag and the property it sits on.
