At 7:12 in the video, I mentioned there is a neighbor far in the distance on the right side of the property. Keep in mind, there is a lot in between the home I am touring and that neighboring home. So in the future, there could be a home built in between both homes. Hope you enjoyed this one!
Some of the wallpaper is nice, but I thought it was a little too busy overall 😅 that patio with the mosquito net is pretty slick. Love the flecks of gold in the shower tiles. 2nd floor garage is clever!
The green needs to go so do the wall paper and the gold faucet n the cabinet knobs n handles the pantry is simple at best could have been done better. For I'm sure a very high over priced house. Back yard is nice if that's fake grass eh ok. The metal fence needs to go just lay the stone all around green fire place is a joke simple brick with just paint on it. Again for the price of the house I would expect something better. The green thru out the house and ceiling is not good. Wallpaper thru out also not good seems like they went the cheap way out cause if that's high price wallpaper then I pass n would rather do paint the wine room is a joke with that hideous wall paper. Honestly for a 4500 square foot home the kitchen, living room n dining area small. My brothers is 4100 n is bigger then that. Horrible wall paper. Yeah second floor green again have to go tru game room to access rooms not good and bedroom are small for 4500 I would expect more. As is I would not even consider the house or the design the only good thing is the backyard minus the metal see thru fence really. To even consider it many changes would have to be made
I think that’s got to be one of the drawbacks of custom homes. You might be doing something that the builder has never done before whereas production home floor plans are battled-tested and fine-tuned over time.
Wallpaper and gold fixtures are very much back in style. The nice thing about a custom home is that you have many choices from the design of the floorplan to the color of the knobs. I love the wallpaper especially the large print in such large spaces. It adds warmth to the area, otherwise you have massive blank wall space. But again,if that's what you like then you have that choice.
