just subscribed! I'm starting to go dairy/gluten free to try and clear up my acne. eggs is hard for me to give up but i'm not sure if that's what's causing my skin irritation. but loved this video, very helpful! thanks for sharing
@@mamafromhawaii glad you’re here 🥰 changing my diet made a huge improvement to my skin, I hope you find the same! It took a while as my gut was healing but now it’s clear and I’ve learned what triggers my breakouts (like processed sugar) by keeping notes when I noticed foods didn’t agree with me. Cutting out dairy did help my skin personally, I cut out eggs for a bit but ended up adding them back. Thanks for your comment 🫶
