Hi Chuck, nice seeing you in the comment section in another video! This home is located in the residential development within the Mountain Shadows Resort in Paradise Valley. Homeowners of these houses get full access to the resort pool and spa along with access to a pool strictly reserved for residents. But we agree, a pool is a MUST have for a home here in AZ! I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the pool in our most recent video. The owners spent over $1,500,000 in the backyard alone, so safe to say they went all out! Hey Bart, I can see how one may think the house is a little small. The house is 6,300 sqft with a nearly even spilt of square footage on the main level and the basement. The real value with this property is it's proximity within Paradise Valley, Arizona, and that it's apart of the Mountain Shadows Resort, so homeowners have 24/7 access to a 5 star resort!
