Thanks for the tour. It's always fun to see how the other half lives. But I wouldn't purchase this apartment if I had the money. Ordinarily I really like modern architecture; however, this is simply not attractive to me. I do love the location among the older buildings, though. How about touring an apartment for sale in one of those old structures? Btw Erik, I was glad to see that you included in the written explanation under the "show more" section that: "The stunning master bathrooms feature Calacatta Paonazzo marble counter tops, tub decks, and accent walls...." I respect and love you, Erik. And by way of constructive criticism only, it always jars my nerves to hear you pronounce Calacatta like the Indian city of Calcutta. Thanks for taking this into consideration.
Am I the only one that thinks 5M is insane. Literally almost anywhere else in the world you can get a private area stunning views and 3x20 times the space for that price
It's all about location... it's the same in most of the world's big cities, the closer to the center, the more expensive the land. I live in a third world country, and even here the best located homes are 3-5M. In NYC, the same kind of homes would be 90M.
Something I always wondered about was the thickness of the walls, floors and ceilings in luxury homes like these. Are they pretty much soundproof or can you occasionally hear your loud neighbors?
My apartment is classified as a luxury apartment. I can hear neighbors and people talking on passages. It sucks sometimes. Next time I'm getting a damn penthouse.
If it isn't soundproof, I'm shocked. I looked at an apt not too long ago and you heard 'nothing' from the neighbors. I have a friend who lives in a Townhouse, and I never hear the neighbors, and it didn't cost millions. If it isn't soundproof, and you're paying that kind of money, walk away, because if they skimped on that, they most certainly skimped on many other things
OK, now that's a gorgeous apt and being in NYC those 5M look like a great deal. Looks so modern and designed with function in mind whilst staying elegant, plus terrace space that isn't looking at the streets for some privacy.
Erik always show beautiful homes especially homes and apartments with the white oak I love white oak I have it in my apartment ❤️ this place looks like a sims home I love it 👏🏾
Really unique, I love the staging usually people just put fancy stuff on there without thinking but damn! this one is nice. Especially these chairs and chandelier @2:46
Oh I just love the 5M unit! It's nearly perfect. Some of that terrace space could have been used for interior space, but still the 5M unit is perfect. Maybe it's the staging lol.
Beautiful Toll Brothers New York City condominium with nice building amenities. I like the black quartz island kitchen. I like the Calcutta marble bathroom.
the facade is impressive indeed. That bedroom design both in terms of interior and view outside is really dreamy. It doesn't have to be any bigger or any fancier. Paused the video and stared at it. The free-hanging counters at 7:28 are impressiv e
Terrace faces North exposure, no sun!! You can put out the astro turf...love how hard he's trying to sell the place, LOL. I agree with the other viewers, very bland too modern of an interior.
Such an odd concept to have the ammenities be so shared for things that are usually reserved for intimate gatherings. does it work on a booking system? For $10m I feel like there are so many more options in NYC, however this place is definitely incredibly unique.
Soo.... you can see a lot of other buildings from this building?! Ánd they have put a real floor and kitchen in this house (with a refrigerator). And when yougo outside and look way up, on a sunny day you can see the blue sky. Awesome!
I'm subbed and the bell icon is ticked and watch almost all your videos when they appear on my screen but this is the first suggestion in my feed I've had from your channel for months. RU-vid algo is so weird sometimes. You would think it would know that I want to see videos from this channel fed to me based on the high click through rate.
Erik!!!!!! Please include the HOA fee in the title of your video and in your presentation. As I watched this video and others, and I saw everything that “comes with the apartment,“ I kept wondering to myself, “all right, how much am I paying per month for all of these things, plus trash plus doorman, plus concierge, etc. etc.?” I have lived places where the HOA even included gas, hot water, etc.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great job as usual Erik. Unquestionably, the star of this property are the views. BTW, how's your apartment hunting coming along? Stay safe & Healthy... Abrazos
The penthouse is very sleek, but it's missing a fireplace, got to have a fireplace it seems an electric one could have been installed, right? Other than that, prime location with lots of extra's..liking the casual attire Erik and this is another lovely property in the NYC...
Never understand why they don't have placed bathroom with windows with a view at that price range seems crazy getting claustrophobic in an enclosed bathroom
When that comes down the fall will be hard! No real privacy with the buildings around it either. I prefer privacy, feet on the ground and lots of nature.
I actually like better the 5M than the 10Mio appartment. Dunno but I think you get much better investment... I would love to know the monthly cost for the community if you buy such properties
@Dylan Pikey if you want any suggestions on things to do lemme know! I’ve taken so many of my visiting friends around to wonderful spots off the beaten path & amazing foods/restaurants. Would be happy to suggest…
