BISAYA ISLAND OF PANAY, ILOILO Bisaya is not just a language. BISAYA (Bisayans or Visayans) are people who trace their Ethnic roots or bloodline in Bisaya islands (Visayas islands). These Bisaya islands (Visayas islands) are: Panay, Romblon, Guimaras, Negros,Cebu, Bohol, Siquijor, Leyte, Biliran and Samar. Bisaya people speak related languages belonging to the Malayo-Polynesian family. Kulas, salamat sa pag labay sa matahum nga syudad sang Iloilo! (Thank you for passing by the beautiful city of Iloilo). I get Goosebumps that you are actually here. You ate batchoy last time in Cagayan, too bad you didn't seek out Batchoy while in Lapaz. That's where it all started, ground zero if that's apt! 😁 You should have seeked out Deco's or Ted's I'm pretty sure the got one at the mall on the other side of the market. If you are headed north, which I'm guessing you are before jumping over to Luzon there's another city up north from Iloilo. If this post is not that late, try ka mag pangita (seek) kag mag kaon (eat) seafood didto (there). I'm pretty sure they got some of the best you can find anywhere in this country. Mudcrabs, mussels, prawns, a bit pricy yeah but worth the try! Not to mention it makes me a wee bit hungry writing about it! 😉😉 Waiting for your next upload, good luck and 👍👍⬆ 😀

South is the shopping center, East is St. Paul hospital where I worked, center where I took my review classes, North where I went to school, West where I did volunteer worked in the fields. So many memories...

Mga brod adto mo sunod sa Concepcion, Iloilo. It's a 2 hour drive but worth the byahe bai. Naay daghan island choi ang seascape. Along the way daghan stop over sites nga payts pud.

People of panay island are generally friendly! After iloilo, if you are planning on stopping by the province of Aklan, try to visit jawili beach and falls and Liktinon white rocks of Madalag, Aklan... going to jawili beach, you will pass by a winding road along the side of a mountain, littered with pine trees, overlooking jawili beach (great for instagram moments)... DENRs Forestry is also near by... its also a very nice place with a small beach cove.... along that same road is a fork that will lead up the mountain. Ive never been up there but they say that the place is nice and it was owned by Smart and they built their tower there...im not sure tho coz ive never been there. Lots of nice places to explore just ask the locals... then you can visit boracay and you can do a little documentary about whats going on with its rehabilitation... just a suggestion hehe!.... again love watching your vids!
