Man you really played to the Empire's strengths, here. Working with their rock paper scissors style of play, exercising battlefield control and good tactics/positioning, and generally managing the flow of the battle to perfection. Fantastic game.
Turin is hands down, the best tactical commander I've ever seen play. He doesn't always win but hes always competitive because he can assess the situation at a moments notice and do what it takes to win. He would have been a great officer in the Empire.
A Turin Lizardmen replay was lost due to the twist of fate?! Please cast another PoV Lizardmen game to compensate ! They're one of my favorite factions
As an Empire expert, I would love to hear you go unit by unit and go just super in-depth on their usage and what you’d liker to see changed if anything, etc. Great match as always!

For the Empire! I hope they are better in Warhammer Old World because the Cities struggle in Age of Sigmar. Have to see how the new Dawnbringer models handle. But great game anyways!
Pendulum really seems to suck these days. I'm not sure if Hadres' build was ineffective or Turin just did a great job defending his important assets (wagons, grenades & hellblaster) from the screamers. Did feel like he needed some more manoeuvrability or a soul grinder or something.
Spoilers: . . . . . . I was expecting a hard Tzeentch victory. It was amazing to see the Empire dominate. Even a top tier faction like Tzeentch can still be beat given the right play and units.
if I remember correctly, har ganeth execs can take down a ghorgon - almost impossible in TW WH3, whjich seems to be what these types of units are missing

It always annoyed me Forsaken are not unbreakable.. It would probably be op but look at them! do they look like something which has any fear in them? I think not.
I know you have tried making them work since forever, but I still don't think the deathjacks are worth it. For 100 gold extra you get huntsmen with far superior range, woodsman, more ammo, anti large bonus, better AP values and fire while moving. The snipe is wasted on the deathjacks because of their inferior range.
Love your Empire bat reps. My main Warhammer Fantasy 8th edition table top opponent is plays Empire so you will need an engineer to go with your Hellblaster volley gun. Otherwise they are only BS3 (hitting on 4s) . And they are short range (24") so are vulnerable to archers. As 6s always wound.
I'm not against the Empire having the unit. I'm against these blocky, trundling carriages on their tiny wooden wheels being able to take so much punishment and being able to turn on the spot and zip away like they were some sort of Glade Riders. They absolutely melted Kairos and there wasn't a thing he could do about it.
To be fair they didn't get their value here because Hadres focused them, it allowed his shooting to carry the game. If he just brought state troopers the tzangors and forsaken would have had a field day.
@@mcsqueeb187 not so sure about that, even in situations where they are good they usually don't do too well. But then they do have a unique role in the empire, which has value in itself
Anyone else feel like Turin is dominating lately? I can't remember the last replay here where he lost. It's nice for him, but it's making the vids kinda boring when the victor is a foregone conclusion.
