Town Has Illegal RESTRICTIVE Codes! 

There are TONS of illegal vendors here in l.a. but, the biggest problem they are facing currently is numerous incidents of them getting attacked by people who feel like they are code enforcement vigilantes. Even the cops are guilty of stealing money from vendors only to return the money because they were being clearly filmed doing so.

I didn’t know that about Georgia. Been watching your channel for months working my way to get a hot dog cart running here. Maybe I’ll have to get a membership to talk with other vendors and see what challenges Georgia might present.

I love your encouragement to the people. It’s so refreshing when you don’t feel alone in the pushback with the government, when they infringe upon us as the people who have elected them into office. So, again thank you.

Georgia is off the chain...I was in the process of building an ice cream and smoothie trailer, I called the office to find out about getting my business license for my county etc. The lady told me where to go online and apply and it will cost $100. A week later she called me with a question which I answered. She told me everything looks good and she would put the paperwork in the mail that day. GREAT! Then she continues on to say although the county gave me a license, food trailers aren't allowed to sell in the county AND I can't park the trailer at my house when not in use. Food "trucks" are allowed to sell but not trailers. The fee was non-refundable.

I live in LA. I’ve never seen a legal hot dog vendor here. They are all the small Mexican hot dog carts. They are everywhere. The requirements for a hot dog cart here are ridiculous. Even have to have two separate drawers on the cart. One for clean utensils, one for dirty. Can’t street vend lemonade without having a cart. I mean, why the hell do you need a cart for lemonade? Cart also has to be kept at a commissary. It’s all a racquet.

Pigeon forge told me I couldn't vend I ask about the city permit they have the paperwork for it but told me it was not allowed is this true I wanted to sell hot dogs at the rod run this year
