Yo, so like maybe 6 months ago I got the urge to start collecting toys. I think because it reminded me of being a kid which opens a part of the mind linked with positivity and endless possibilities for the future. I now got a bunch of toys. My wife thinks I went crazy. I started thinking I was crazy too. Then I found out there is a huge toy collectors community. RU-vid, Facebook etc. helps me feel normal about the hobby. I shouldn’t be ashamed of something that makes me happy. I make money flipping toys sometimes. Always hunt for deals. Give them away as gifts on birthdays. Its just fun to me. And I love the culture and business side of it. I would love to work for a toy company someday but I dont know how. In todays day and age everyone has social media and electronics. But when I was a kid we had toys and imagination. I really hope the world never loses its love for toys.

Wish we had a “Ollie’s” or really ANY discount/clearance store with THAT many Legends and Star Wars Black Series. We have a couple Big Lots, but I’ve only ever found the whole Fantastic Four card back wave and no other Marvel legends in stock before or since. I did find WWE Ultimates figures on 2 separate occasions, but here’s the kicker: they wanted $32.99, so no actual discount, however, they were also some of the most sought after Ultimate Series figs and were already over $50+ at that time. Hollywood Hogan, Fiend, Undertaker, Alexa Bliss, and The Rock! And both times, I only had around $10

Amazing and informative video !! Now I noticed that’s you said the house of fun was the biggest store on the east coast but did you know the biggest comic book store on the east coast is in South Carolina. It’s called Galactic comics I highly recommend
