In this video we will explain how to install our Toyota Aygo / Citroën C1 / Peugeot 107 Supercharger system.

DISCLAIMER: ALLWAYS HAVE THE CAR TUNED AFTER INSTALLING THIS SYSTEM.
Without a change in fueling you WILL damage your engine.
We offer a piggyback system that allows you to tune the engine management yourself if you have the required knowledge. It is also possible to reprogram the original ECU.
Be aware that this video is meant to show how easily the system is installed, it is not a full manual and should not be regarded as such.
If a more detailed manual is needed it might be wise to hire an experienced mechanic.
Before the start of this video the front bumper has been removed.
Besides that the plastic panel on the bottom behind the bumper has been cut to allow clearance for the airfilter.

After installing the EcuMaster Det3, did you had to write anything else on the original ECU? Or the tuning is done strictly in Det3 piggyback? thanks

I don't understand what is better, It's better if you have air conditioner or not!? And might you have to change a little bit the radiator to cool down better the circuit???

@@chillout9017 we have a bit of video material but the person that edits it for us is very busy so that's why we haven't posted this yet. Hp figures can go from 20-30hp more to double the original but the more you push it the more risk you take and some engine modifications would be adviced. When we did the low boost setting that we would do on a stock engine we had 25hp/40nm extra.

Hello, Great video. What sort of power is that making on a standard engine and keeping it reliable? Is the standard clutch and gearbox OK with it? It would be well handy for me, living in the Peak District in England.

Would the economy be better or worse with it on? If u did a remap I’m guessing u would get better then standard MPG. Also is a turbo more economical then a supercharger?

It al depends on your right foot. With normal driving it will be slightly less economical but that's comparable to having the AC on. When you floor it it will be much less economical. There are some differences between turbo and supercharger in mpg but on low boost these differences will be very small

Hoi, Zojuist een Toyota Aygo van 2016 gekocht. Klopt het dat als je op de snelweg 100 rijd en je een brug op gaat de auto niet versneld terwijl je wel gas vol indrukt? Heb het gevoel dat de auto begrenst is terwijl hij eigenlijk makkelijk 160 zou moeten kunnen? Wil weten of dit eventueel een defect/verstopping is of dat dit normaal is bij toyota aygo. Als dit normaal is ga ik ws wel op zoek naar wat meer power Chiptunen of eventueel een turbo.

ja dat klopt! Mijn moeder heeft een C1 van 2018 en ik een 107 van 2006 en beide hebben moeite om met vol gas de heuvel op te gaan in zijn 5 (de auto uit 2018 meer dan die van 2006). Dit komt natuurlijk omdat het een hele kleine motor is met weinig koppel. (pk 68, koppel 93 Nm). Hierdoor moet je een versnelling lager gaan wil je sneller gaan als je heuvel op wilt.

How this affect drivability? I mean, won't so low placement of the air filter pick up any water during rain?

It's a possibility and if you are in a wet location you might want to add an extra piece of hose to place the filter in a different location. It can be easily changed. The goal was to design a kit as cheap as possible which means you make some concessions. However the design is also made simple so you can also make your own changes to it.

Hello, it's 1250 for the kit without supercharger / piggyback. The supercharger is 250 and piggyback 300 so if you want this included the total comes at 1800€

We haven't tried that out yet. The engine has remained the same but the bodywork has changed so perhaps the bracket or supercharger will hit some different parts. It can probably be made to fit.

We use a ecumaster det3, we can supply this with the kit with a wiring diagram and basemap

@@dillonlee3229 it's not very difficult just some splicing of wires, rerouting them through the piggyback and some resistors(also supplied with the kit) to make the original ECU think it still controls the injectors.

Dat ligt er aan voor hoeveel druk je zou gaan. Low boost 25-30pk extra, ga je voor high boost is een verdubbeling van het vermogen makkelijk haalbaar maar dan moet het blok wel mee versterkt worden.

@@popster1973 het doel was een zo goedkoop mogelijk systeem te ontwikkelen om het voor iedereen betaalbaar te houden. Met 1499€ voor een complete set is dat dus wel gelukt maar een intercooler was voor deze prijs niet mogelijk. Ik denk dat waterinjectie makkelijker is maar een intercooler zou er ook tussen gezet kunnen worden.

Trouble is that its the size of the engine , and probably costs more than the car. If you want a fast car , buy a fast car . Theres no point in putting racing shoes on a cart horse.
