The Twin Turbo Diesel V8 in the 200 Series Toyota Landcruser. The Single Turbo Diesel V8 is in the 70 Series Landcriser.
The Twin Turbo Diesel V8 had about 230 HP around 3600 rpm. I wasn't able to rev up the motor when i the only person at the landcruiser and i didn't have the tripod on me at the time. The next video i'll rev up the motor to around 3000 rpm. They do sound very intresting when revved up being a V8 diesel. it does have long range fuel tanks onboard and i think up to 180 litres of diesel. It's a very economical motor on fuel compare to the gasoline motor that is an option in Australia. When i do the next video of the motor i'll put the camera on a tripod and i'll rev up the motor so you can hear the turbos coming in. I didn't rev the motor when i took the video because i was holding the camera by hand. I have a video that i took on Fraser Island with the GoPro camera stuck on the wind screen with a suction cap and you can hear the turbos going. The videos are under my name. I would like to some how put a mic under the hood when it's driving on or off road.
