Tractor Supply ends DEI initiatives amid conservative pressure, faces new boycott 

Seems like businesses would be concerned on what they are in business for; nothing else! Why should any business have to be associated with a bunch of agendas? Why?

I'd like to know what efforts the Black Farmers group is taking to promote diversity in their organization. Are they hiring / admitting asians, hispanics, American Indians or other POC?

I just don’t understand why companies go political. If I owned a business I would hire people who were the most qualified, and wanted to work. Don’t matter if they are white, black, purple, green or what ever. A good worker is a good worker.

TSC back tracks on WOKE/ DEI, but the cancer cells still exist in the company that brought them to this point. The only remedy is to cut the cancer out.

I deal with some people within Tractor Supply and about 2 years ago on their emails, they had added their preferred pronouns under their names. I was shocked that a company from Franklin TN would get caught up in the nonsense.

It is mind-boggling to me just how stupid some of these company leaders today can be. How is it that they do not know that this kind of stupid policy is going to backfire on them I don't understand how they don't know this. Remaining neutral on all these social agendas is the only way to go.

The main problem have been done they contribute to those entities and they walk it back, but the harm have been done they did their deed.... so is to late..

I own Tractor Supply stocks. After finding out about their DEI values, I was ready to dump their stock. Thank God, their CEO took swift measures unlike Budweiser and apologize to their customer base. I will keep my eyes open to make sure they stay out of politics.

I stopped using them because most of their junk was made in China. At one point I was getting 2k of chicken feed then started to really look at what they sell. Same reason I don't do busness with harbor freight. Would rather spend more on American made stuff. I also now get my feed from a local mill for about 1/3 less and they load my truck for me

There just doesn’t seem to be a significant number of farmers who are trans-people, gay people, or what the Q may stand for? If not, then it seems TSC may have errored by selling out real farmers for them. Instead of supporting Drag Queen shows, it seems that a farm supply outfit would sponsor livestock shows where kids show the animals they’ve raised with feed they may have purchased at TSC? It just doesn’t seem like good business to dabble in politics if you don’t have to.

I like companies that only hire those that are most qualified for the job, Don't pander to a political side. A company that cares about our environment ie, clean air and water, I like when I see a road sign that says adopted by some company to keep that section of the road clean, I'm more willing to shop at stores like that. I believe when it comes to climate change, That we need to take care of our communities first, not sending money to other countries, I also like companies that sell quality stuff and things that are made in the United States, I'm fed up with these cheaply made crap coming from China, Mexico or some other company. I'm tired of this throw away society who buy cheaply made crap for cheap and filling up our landfills with it

I think the majority of their customers are not black or alphabet folk. So kinda just got to do what's best for the company. My small town (population about 9000) Tractor Supply has good people working there and doesn't support DEI or other political subjects and thus I patronize them for certain items. Most have been working there for five years or more.
