Except this woman has repeated over and over how she can help women get a body that looks like a dancer. Her entire program is based on how she can make you look (nothing wrong with wanting to look good). Her meal plan is extremely calorie limited. I’m willing to bet is someone used her meal plan and went at almost any hard cardio for an hour 6 days a week they would lose weight. They don’t need this specific program
Her body is just skinny without much definition, not sure she looks that good. JLo instead looks amazing, I bet she is not just doing the Tracy Anderson method, looks like she is also lifting weights
