Amazing. First tried you when you were training Gwyneth Paltrow post partum. The last move is SO hard. I slowed playback speed to try to learn it. Will practice every day until I get it. Frustrating at first. Buying some knee protectors from amazon!! Bit worried about how hard on the knees the moves are ...

Are there any before and after results for her workouts with regular women? I've heard some complain they got flat buttocks but I fail to see how they would? Some of the moves would be hard on the knees though

I’m a curvy endomorph so think would work well for me, I’m not too keen on her cardio as too much on the knees. However, her online subscription is so expensive. I would want to know it gets results. I’m doing Lucy Wyndham read on RU-vid she’s free, and all body weight moves, to lose inches and sculpt and she has rave reviews. I love her standing abs, apple shape and pear shape workouts. I’ve only been doing it two weeks but noticed a difference.

You don't seem to have muscle mass. Simply skinny. Gaining muscle is very hard. Try doing it.
