Tracy is beyond amazing. I’ve had 5 kids and her method got me into better shape than before I had kids. Her method works, and it works fast. But, you have to do it everyday or at minimum 6 days. I can’t thank her enough she is a genius xx
Linda Lemoni I can totally relate! I gained between 30-35kgs every single pregnancy and finding that initial motivation is hard. I always started with her post pregnancy workout for the first few months and it never failed. Then I would move onto the metamorphosis program. Good luck and I guarantee that if you do it everyday you’ll be back to your pre pregnancy weight/size. Xx
Right on! 👍 So tired of people saying this is an unattainable beauty standard. We live in a world, now, where overweight an obese is the norm. People who don't do the work will NEVER understand what the human body is capable of and how strong and beautiful it is when taken care of and loved. When the human body is truly healthy, it looks that way. Having a slim toned figure is a side affect of exercising (the RIGHT way) and eating (the RIGHT way). People who claim that having a fit, healthy body isn't "the real world" and makes women "feel bad about themselves" send a much worse message than someone like Tracy Anderson who is actually saying that, by doing the work, it IS attainable. Too many insecure whiners in this society who praise fat acceptance and shun health.
Tracy is wonderful! I've been doing this for 3 years and have seven children. Anything new takes some time to get used to, but the results are worth it! Go Tracy!
Wow what a bunch of whiners! Part of being an adult is eating healthy and working out. She has DvDs out so that no one has to spend a ridiculous $900 a month. Being pregnant does not mean you have to gain 50 lbs.
there are so many complex"s in this video. the psychologist contradicts herself by having plastic surgery on herself. then think to comment on a problem she herself is propagating
She's worried about copy cats? Her workout consists of jumping around and doing a few basic stretch moves. TBH, I doubt her workout would be capable of my raising heart rate by much. Sure, If you are obese or lead a very sedentary lifestyle and walking up the stairs gets you out of breath, then you may find some benefit here. For everyone else it's a complete waste of time. The weights are too light to "tone" anything and the moves are not complex enough to be challenging. But if a long, lanky body devoid of any shape is your goal then by all means, go all crazy arms with some 2lb dumbbells. On positive note, I love Tracy's protein bars. They are made with plant protein, natural ingredients and very tasty. I discovered them at Target and was curious to find out who Tracy Anderson was.
Have you tried her workouts? I promise you, you will sweat and yes it most definitely raises your heart rate. Her weights are mostly 3 lb or lower - any more than that and you will bulk instead of tone, which is the opposite of what a lot of women want.
To me this seems funny. Like bad dance moves. Jerky, made up moves. Like she just thinks up these moves in 2 seconds. Very random movements with bad form.
