Bethenny just showed the world what a body looks like when it is, yes, skinny, but not strong or fit. During that little workout example, she had no balance, no strength, she could barely hold that stick in the air! I'll put in the work with Tracy any day, over dieting myself to death.
Gross behavior from the host, Bethenny immediately jumped on Tracy, “I don’t agree with you!” before she even got a chance to speak. She might be skinny, but you can see how unfit she is during the workout demo 🤦♀️
Tracy’s point was made during that workout. Sure you can starve yourself skinny but who is struggling through that workout? Better to have a body that works as good as it looks!

You have to work out all the time. I agree. Most issues we encounter can be solved by working out. Its not just about losing fat. It is mental, spiritual, as much physical. People think they have to exhaust themselves of spend hours. False, Unless you are bodybuilding or competing. you should feel refreshed after a workout. And make sure you are eating to sustain. You will be grateful you do as you get older! X)
Bethany hasnt found the workout she loves I can see it. I have been doing Tracy for 10 years and there is never a day I don't want to go I would move mountains to get to her class.
This host has the most dreadful accent and voice- it's so loud and in your face. Clearly thinks she's the bees knees. It depends what exercise you do, do what works for you. I don't believe you need to do heavy weight training each day, but I believe yoga, dance, barre, Pilates and walking could be done each day with no real issue. As they are not intense exercise.
We are such a sophisticated type of species in that we have developed our food system to be abundant. Of course we would have to modify our lifestyle in order to balance the availability of food. We must, must, must move. It’s not natural to be inert. It’s an instinct to be grounded and agile.
The presenter is so noisy and overwhelming. Tracey is so composed. I loved what she said about you need to exercise every day to make the connection between body and mind - pooof there’s wisdom in that
I love Tracy! Her workouts challenge your body in a way that I appreciate. Maybe it’s because I love dance, but enjoy the technique and science behind her moves.
I love Tracy and so agree. I am 50( have a 4 year old little boy) and have had two blood clots. I workout to live my best life- everyday even if it is a little something.Thanks for inspiring me Tracy!
They why did Tracy Anderson say she wishes she had a best friend in her. She also said she had a girlfriend moment. I don't think they dislike each other. It seems Tracy likes the host .
If you want to find time for sport, you will find it. I do yoga every morning before work, and after work I do TA-it is 30 min only...instead to talk on the phone one hour
I love the interview it shows both sides over-all I'd like to work out daily. I know a very fit older chick she looks amazing works out 5 days a week & she said No menopause. Tracy is really into full motion moves, that target all over.
@Truth Seeker I know this is 3 years later, 😊 but you said “no menopause.” Does this mean there’s something I can do to avoid all those dreadful symptoms? I’m really dreading it when my time comes.
I can't workout 6 days. It leads to burn out when your in the change of life. I say do what you can but to insist 5-6 days is not realistic for some people.
Both make millions doing what they’re doing, I agree with both I can see both sides I love Tracy and Bethany I’ve read naturally slim and it’s the best non diet book there is!

This host is like a spoiled little girl who was allowed to talk over everyone and be rude and still has not grown out of it; always wanting to be right and the center of attention. Most unpleasant.
Her workouts when you sign up are very different than that fifteen minute one. I love her stuff but it’s too expensive for online; she offers $14 digital workouts as well. The genetic comment needs to be read in context. What she is saying is if you think you were born overweight or too thin, you can improve. I agree it’s expensive but this is like knocking expensive purses. They are not for everyone. As far as certifications.. many trainers only have a weekend certification. I think she’s giving a dance workout and she’s experienced in that. All that said, I can’t get past the zero instruction and zero cues. Hard pass! I’m with you there! 😅
8 years on Totally hear what b is saying Also know and understand what Tracey is saying To lose - at least from that photo - 35lbs (think 45-54llbs is more likely) bethenny cut her food intake significantly especially if she didn’t exercise much. B talks in her books about eating nothing and tasting it all. If you’re watching specific protein fibre nutrient intake re age gender and health that’s more complexity. Idk. Enjoy b but something not quite there re weight loss story. TA saying genetically blessed? She knows. Genetically blessed doesn’t lose 4 stone and keep it off and maintain that physique by not working out. Bs yoga moves are advanced so likely that is more intense. Her definition comes from more than walking (what is said in 2024). It’s hard to eat right and exercise right. Loved Tracey’s points and the exercise segment. Adding them on to routine for sure!
Omg Bethany!! You’ve just proved how it’s people like you that are part of the problem. Exercise makes you hungrier because it’s speeding up your metabolism. If you fuel your body with the wrong balance of foods it needs to repair then it’s no wonder that you put on weight. Being strong and healthy is beautiful, not skinny and weak.

I'm with Bethenny! I did Tracey's dvds it did work but i also always Lose more WEIGHT when i do less and eat less rather then workout alot and im hungry and EATING more. Every BODY is different thats for sure!
I don't disagree with Bethenny or Tracy. I don't want to work out 6 days a week either. It's definitely preference on whether you'd rather eat more freely or have to work out more intensely to stay thin. However, exercise is definitely amazing for mental health and her workouts are fun!

I think Bethenny just doesn’t get it - and I don’t get why she’s so against something that benefits not only your body but mental health…. Which might explain her miserable attitude against working out
I study a little exercise or nutrition each day. Just some of my fav.s Thank you for the debate. I rock out to country heat on mute to youtube playlist madonna and some 9WCF, but now I listen to candace cameron bure. I always said if I get famous, or rich, whichever comes first, I want TA to be my trainor
Love both these women. But B needs to find what is fun for her. Like her business would NEVER make it if she showed up once a week to the office. There are times I do not want to do my TA cardio, so on those days I use my trampoline or roller skate, both fun. Find what works for you and add...always be adding.
