Tracy Anderson is My Inspiration on those days I struggle with my own because who she is what she belives how she empowers and why she brings it every day aligns with my own. The message that shines brightly for me in this interview is when she says, "Don't dim your own light, to listen to your gut and not ignore it or let someone else dim it for you." That has happened to me and I can't go back. I can only go forward with what I have learned and continue to learn. Thank you, Tracy, for being a Sparkle and Shine!!!
