Smoking a Sirloin Steak, cut up into little mouth sized Bites is an awesome appetizer to eat or serve to some friends! Smoking this on the Traeger BBQ Grill. Using the Gourmet Blend wood pellets gave a nice offset taste to the meat. It was a lot of fun and it tasted great with all the seasonings & Garlic! Flavored with some hardwood pellets. This was a fast smoke so just keep them on there until your desired internal temperature. In this case I cooked to medium (130-135F).
