The building I work in as a maker used to be an old newspaper printing factory, but after being abandoned for a few years after the newspaper went bust, it now houses many creative companies and art studios. I don't know if anything like that exists in Japan, but you could make it look as if it's housing some startup companies of art studios

Yes, that's absolutely a thing in Japan. There's plenty of places in cities like Tokyo that used to be industrial areas, but as time went on and cities expanded they became incorporated into urban centers, making them non-viable as industrial places. The buildings and grounds themselves are still valuable, and often re-used as office spaces or residences.

I know they had that huge economic collapse ( in the late 80's I think) and you can still find abandoned overgrown homes and buildings, particularly in the countryside

It makes sense that they would test you in real traffic. I think the US could do both. At least for younger drivers.

You could hint at the park being a former railyard by placing an old loco or passenger car, maybe converted into a café, on some concrete stand.

I really love that shopping center on top of the train. Lots of creative ways to fill dead space in this episode and they all looked great.

Nice episode once more. The park looks very nice! I think you don’t immediately see it but once you said it I could see that the bike path could’ve been some old train tracks etc. So let’s say the city did a good job of repurposing 👏🏼

I think the egg RU-vidr or maybe that 2 dollars youtuber built a park on a decommissioned rail line/yard in cs2. Despite the jank of the game, they made it look good by incorporating train tracks into the paths, box cars as attractions/playgrounds, etc.
