@Animation Parrot sadly yes it's true they ordered 5 sc44s to replace the f40s on 2021 and just this year they ordered two more sc44s to replace the f59s starting next year which sucks, coaster wants to be full electric like Amtrak
@Animation Parrot the cabs will still be with coaster and eventually be repainted in the new livery once the chargers get delivered. Also they replacing them due to old age and also most of them breaking down so they will eventually get scrapped
Me. I know a lot about trains and my Dad believes I love train related anything more than anyone else he knows. Edit: By which I mean I always enjoy like train DVDs and train videos and seeing trains in real life.
This is a good set of highlights, hard to pick a favorite here (still probably has to be the GP60 on the Amtrak for me). I guess I'll have to make one at some point!
Kmaster2007 BNSF Did not give the Santa Fe SD-40 to amtrash, Amtrash was only using that engine from bnsf because amtrash either broke down or under power, or just sux at horse power
yeah. Freight trains can go slow like sloths and I saw a freight train coming and the gates were coming down and a car rushed through. Most cars do that because they can't wait that long
Paling irit di Indonesia, kereta api tak pernah sepanjang ini suara klasksonnya. Beda dengan di negara lain, sampai bener2 lewat persimpangan baru klaksonnya berhenti.
In Northern California, there are still some F59PHI’s left running for Amtrak California. But sometime in 2023, that’s when all F59’s will either be sold off to other companies or be scrapped
@@abelmosqueda8616 I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that it is in Canada somewhere, because it does not snow in California (if it did, it would snow in the mountains). Also, I don't think that CN is common in California.
