TRANS IDENTITY // HBO EUPHORIA 

Euphoria just got renewed for a second season. We did it! I didn't watch it at first but binged all 4 episodes in one night so whatever.

I started watching a year or so ago. That's also when I first came out but quietly slipped back into the closet after finding out I was pregnant. Since then it has been a struggle for acceptance not only of others but internal acceptance, accepting what I am and the fact I was born this way. Society and the fact I birthed a child make it harder form me to accept me as me. I do have a wonderful loving husband who I met when I first came out and has since then supported me and has seen my struggles and done his best to help and support me. It is a big help listening to you and knowing I'm not alone and you help me get the confidence I need to be me and sharing lets me know I'm not the only one who feels the way I feel. The fact I'm not the only one who feels this way makes me feel better and more sure of myself. Thank you.

Not going to lie I just wanted to watch Euphoria cause of Zedayya but this makes me want to watch it even more now. Also a lot of what you said was very well spoken and so true to some of the situations I’ve been in since coming out and starting medical transition.

I have to say that you’re so attractive. I mean... really attractive

Growing up(I didn’t know I was trans till I was 16 after the 1st time I came out as a lesbian, now I’m trans and gay), I didn’t see ANY tv representation for trans ppl whether it was FTM of MTF. It wasn’t till I was a sophomore till I started watching The Fosters and that’s when I saw Cole as someone who I could relate to at the time for being pre t and pre op and then later with Aaron Baker. I literally balled my eyes out when it was the scene with him and Callie having dinner with his family when he was getting misgendered and being called by his birthname and then again when I saw his character shirtless showing his TS scars for the 1st time on the show because at that time I wanted it so bad. Now, I’m going to be a year on T next month and my next step will be to get TS🥺😇, crazy how I thought I was never going to get here.

You are beautiful no matter who what you are as long as you’re happy with yourself that’s all it matters and I know it’s hard to try to fit in this world but nobody really fits in this world and that’s what we got to understand nobody is the same as anybody else we’re all different we were all born a man to be different it’s either you love yourself or you don’t and if you don’t you gotta come to learn to love yourself because then when it comes to being in a relationship you won’t know how to love that person if you don’t love yourself it all starts with the number one you remember we are as humans are our own worst enemies
