My non-expert guess just from listening is that it was extracted from the bootleg-ish 5.1 mix from Rhino's release (I should check those DVDs again), which possibly had audio tracks from the actual show that were heavily "ducked" to accommodate Kinder & Bryant's original vocal tracks produced for the ads.
