I have to say, I really enjoyed this. It's comforting to see interviews such as this, the show the people working on games we play, rather than Bushiroad being just another faceless corporation :) That being said, when it comes to Cardfight Vanguard, despite their efforts, the translators still seem to present us lackluster translations, at least when it comes to flavour text. There are many parts which simply do not translate into English in such a literal way, most times just ending up as grammatical errors which make no sense in the English language. If it can help, I'd be happy to provide examples, as I hope this can improve.

Given the somewhat comical situations with the Bandori translation, I was expecting to see someone like cool pranksters, no less lol.

So...who's exactly to blame for translation errors? Bushi REALLY needs to comp players and replace their errata cards. It's looking really bad for the EN side to have JP players point out mistakes when we're trying to grow a WS community for EN. CFV doesn't have this problem. Heart of the Cards and Little Akiba does a better translation and even they're not perfect. Having this many errata cards in the 1st print for nearly every set now makes it hard to sell to players old and new. Please do something about this if you want your EN community to grow!
