Ty Master Kerr! This practice has saved my life. I started doing it several years ago after I lost my mother suddenly to cancer and did not want to live anymore even though I knew that I was a spiritual being and very enlightened, but not near, enlightened enough, apparently. I visualized, drawing in golden energy speckled with pinks and green. I would draw this in through my crown and breathing deeply through the nose, and then I would expel grief and other yuck by exhaling through the mouth. Through visualization and breathing, you can achieve anything. I have done this with lack, and made more money than I ever thought possible without even trying or caring, I have done it with trauma that has built up in my body, I am working on trying to release the last bit of yuck that I have in me and I found your channel and the first time I heard you speak, I knew that I was in the right place for this happen, but I think you so much and I love you sister❤

I have been doing the practice on-and-off for 3+ years. My first raise was on Valentine's day last year. It was extraordinary. It catapulted me into a much deeper level of unconditional love for all, and it gave me the power to make important changes in my life.

It is important for a modern man to find this hour for himself.. I meditate more often in the car, between school and work, and I think this is not the right place, although there is a lot of noise at home.. And yes, we need more sincere testimony from people. I've already studied the whole theory, now we need practice. I hope Kelly is reading our comments.

I’m on a Twin Soul journey and I’m doing the sacred secretion practice. I have a question. My consciousness is expanding exponentially every month now. I feel I’m being stretched both in my heart and my brain beyond my capacity. I will get into fear and pull back. I feel I’ll literally explode from the intensity. How do I not pull back?
Could you elaborate on twin soul journey? As for expanding people usually call on angels and divine allies to limit how much we can handle and embody the awakenings
@@arete7884 I do consult with my guides and will be asked how I’m doing and when it becomes too intense I will tell them so. But I want to breach this threshold, so I push forward as long as I feel able. I met my twin flame in 2020 and that relationship has evolved into a greater union with my soul. Part of that journey has been merging my own masculine and feminine energies and the earth and sky or physical and ethereal. Body and soul union. As I draw in more and more soul consciousness it feels so intense. I compare it to how a corn kernel feels just before popping and its inside comes outside. I’m the divine feminine in our twin journey.

@@arete7884 This was my life plan for this incarnation. I have remembered many past lives. I have shared several with my twin. It is true that we have this masculine and feminine within and without. We must have union within and dissolve duality. The truths I’ve received (or remembered) since our twin journey began are beyond words. It must be experienced to even come close to comprehension. I didn’t manifest it, it called me to it in my search for union with Source. Then my twin became a catalyst to quicken my ascension, to raise my vibration. That brought me to this sacred practice. My guides have led me to change so many beliefs and habits. Changing my diet has made a huge shift. Self love has also played a vital role. AND absolutely paramount is to trust and surrender!! The goal is union with Source through Union with our Soul. It is a like a twig on a tree discovering it is a branch and then a bigger branch and then the trunk and finally the whole tree. We are not this Avatar. We are one consciousness that experiences so many levels all at once. If you truly seek the Divine, you will discover it in the Mirror as well as in everything and everyone you encounter. The twin flame journey is not a perfect romance, it is a fire that burns away impurities. It will break you, so you are pliable to reshape. It is the most horrible and beautiful dance. Before my twin arrived I had not heard of “twin flames”. Yet when my twin arrived, I started remembering that this was a big part of my path for this life. The term twin flame came in and I looked it up. I still am in awe of who I have become since that first glance into my twins eyes.
