My Treadmill was having issue in the mother board, there was led in the mother board, i couldn't recognize it. i thought no led, then i was just taking multimeter and checking each power, as u suggested started with 220V input, when checking accidently, along with ground it touched nearby other pin and sparked, at the same time, led started lighting, this is the time i recognized the led in the board, then i connected all the power, display and motor wires, Now my treadmil is working 100%, sometime, if you doesnt know anything about electroics and if you have some basic knowledge try to do it with precaution, rest God will take care, 😀
