@fabsterun
@fabsterun 2 года назад
@@abdurraheem2444 depends on the intensity . Get a heart rate monitor. Or smartwatch and rule of thumb is 180-your age = your goal heart rate. Depending on your food intake as well but you could do 5 times 10 minuten of eliptical with 2 minutes of rest in between . You will lose fat very fast

I used to run 4 miles a day in like 30 mins on a treadmill it gave me a lot of knee problems and I never felt too good after doing it. While playing soccer I hurt my ankle so I switched to an elliptical for the time being so I could still be in shape and I actually got kinda ripped in those couple weeks. I’d go on resistance 12 for 30 mins and rlly feel the burn. The best thing was that my knees never hurt afterwards. I’ve never went on a treadmill since:)

I enjoy the elliptical… it has helped me shaped my body and gives me an overall workout and I don’t have to worry about isolating body parts. I usually use a treadmill to cool down for a few minutes. It’s weird but using a treadmill hurt my back until I started using one that had an incline. The ones that are still, I feel the pressure on my back. But the Precor elliptical was the best machine I ever worked out on at the gym. One time I tested a proform elliptical at Sears, years ago in 2010, and I was on that thing for 5 minutes and I felt the burn. And I felt it later when I got home. I find that when using an elliptical, long after the workout I’m still burning calories and my energy is up!

Never Trust a Review, where the person is not sharing his personal experience, or even own the machine himself. i got so hyped for elliptical machine after watching this video, i was like, that's it, so many positive comments on this machines, i am getting one asap, but Yesterday when i went to test it out, all the positivity about this product vanished, within min, i started feeling lower and upper shoulder pain, and the hand moments are puppetry, your hand just moves, you can never move them with more power than your hands, because your leg is doing almost the entire work. The gist of this comment is, always go & try any machine you are making your mind up for buying, every machine feel different for different individuals, so never order just from some review video!

by using Elliptical 1 hour a day how much weight am I supposed to loose? And obviously following a proper diet

maryam gull no way to gage that. You lose weight by being at a caloric deficit. So if you eat 2000 calories and burn 2500 you will lose 1 pound per week. Using elliptical will help burn calories but how much you burn is dependent on many variables. Such as intensity and form.

1,200 calorie diet, 1 hr (500 calories burned) 3 times week and you'll lose 3 stone (19kg) in 5 months. I did this and have kept the weight off for the past 6 years. But now eat like 1,800 calories

Ellipticals harm the knees. Plus,you need to disassemble it and oil all the areas once every 2 months.

Treadmill running is bad if you have bad knees and legs. The Elliptical is best for your joints.

brother i advice you a voit elliptical trainer. it must be sound. and if you have a knee injury or any other kind of injury, i advice you water diet or very very low calory diet during that injury period.

You burn more if you put it in a hot humid room and put on a few layers of clothes :)

The amount you sweat doesn't mean you're burning off calories though!! I learned this the hard way, it just means you're sweating out all the fluids in your body and you can jump on the scales and see you have lost a few lbs but as soon as you drink you're just replenishing your bodies water back up and the weight will instantly go back on. Plus if you're training for combat sports working out in a gym or house with the heating cranked right up removes fluid off the brain making you easily brain damage in a fight

I have no cartilage left in my right knee from years of sports and abuse. As a result, I can do maybe 5k on a treadmill and easily 10k (with far more burn) than a treadmill. They're the best
