50g of chocolate
40g fresh cream
(cream puff dough)
25g unsalted butter
5g granulated sugar
1g of salt
60g of water
40g of cake flour
2 eggs (Adjust the amount depending on the condition of the dough)
(Whipped cream)
150g fresh cream
20g granulated sugar
①put chocolate and fresh cream in a heat-resistant container, melt in a microwave, and mix well.Cool in the refrigerator for more than an hour.
②Boil unsalted butter, granulated sugar, salt and water in a pan.
③As soon as it boiled, add the flour and stir-fry it over a medium heat and combine it into a lump.
④Transfer the dough to a bowl and add the eggs while the dough is still hot.When it becomes smooth as in a video, stop adding eggs and transfer them to a piping bag.
⑤Squeeze the dough onto the top plate on which the cooking sheet is laid.The swan's head is squeezed into another sheet.
⑥Bake the dough in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 40 minutes. The head part of swan is baked for 10 mins.
⑦make it complete with bananas, chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
