Past two years I have been brisk walking 3-5miles every morning Monday to Friday and on a low carbohydrate diet. Lost five stone in weight and Type 2 diabetes gone! Waist went from 44” to 33”. Now also adding in resistance and kettlebell training. Has made me a healthier 66yr old. BMI went from 31 to 22. No depression nor anxiety, I am very happy and look forward to everyday . Great interview, thank you.
