@@cyberscrilla That's extremely useful, but since I already have it on my Ledger Nano S, I sort of take it for granted (although Tangem needs to work on that). I'm completely paranoid about unauthorized people finding my backup seed words, either on paper, stainless steel, titanium or micro engraved by laser on a freaking diamond, so Advanced Shamir Backup sounds attractive.
@@anticharlatan5823 stamp them onto titanium plates, put them in envelopes in tamper proof bags (so you know if someone has read them). Store them geographically distanced. Test the heck out of your setup by moving a small amount then repeatedly wiping your device and validating all SHAMIR combinations before moving the rest into it. Take your time. Do it right.
My Model T been sitting in acbox for a few years as the suite couldn't run on my android, they just assume everyone has a computer which i dont only a Samsung note 10+ and a Samsung Tab S7 the only crypto i can put on and take off without issue is Btc
You can google it. You can find it either on the tokens website if it has one, social media account, or the blockchain explorer like etherscan. It all leads back to google though lol
I don’t know the exact number. But many. Hundreds of coins and thousands of tokens natively. You can check supported coins on their website if you’re looking for something specific: trezor.io/coins
Bad experience. I recently purchased the model T with high expectations, but unfortunately, I have encountered significant issues with the device. Upon attempting to use it, the display continuously blinked, and the device was not recognized by either of my two computers. This malfunctioning behavior has raised serious concerns about the reliability and security of the product. The inability to establish a stable connection and display malfunctioning are particularly troubling. So given the severity of the problems I no longer trust in the product, although I have read good reviews about it. :(
It’s a good product in my experience. Are you using the provided cable that came with the device? Ensure the cable it pushed in all the way. You should hear an audible click. Don’t be afraid to push it a little harder. If so, issue an exchange and Trezor will gladly send you a new device.
Versus what? Cold wallets have numerous security features for storing a protecting your private key and are convenient for swapping, selling, buying and ultimately managing crypto. Compared to a software wallet that is not very secure.
Trezor has canceled ALL promo codes. I recommend you email them and let them know you are disappointed. I’ve been fighting to try and get them to bring promo codes back
@@CryptoBrad89 no worries. But honestly , it’d help if you sent them a quick email letting them know you’d like to see promo codes come back. The more people that speak up, the more likely they are to do something about it - Alex
I don’t generally recommend buying hardware wallets on Amazon because in many cases you’re trusting a third party, and you could receive a compromised device. I’m happy it worked out for you 👍
Yep. Trezor is cancelling ALL discount codes. But CYBERSCRILLATT should still work for a while longer for the model t Or CYBERSCRILLAT1 for the model 1
@@cyberscrilla yea it the TT one worked, you saved me like 30 bucks on 2 model T bundle pack and should have got yourself some kick back as well, thanks cheers bro
You're right. Just found them using the Model 1 seed after 'Factory Reset'. I tried this before, all for nothing, so was exasperated. One more try, and there they were. Surely they should be on the seed I put on the T. Something funny happened when I upgraded.@@cyberscrilla
I have samsung 7 tablet I hope it works I just ordered one but I'm reading comments of people saying only can do a few coins? Also in the app store for android it has 1 star reviews and seems shady
