For 15 pastries:
9 sheets filo dough
200 gr minced meat (I have beef)
200 gr onion
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
0.5 tsp red sweet paprika
0.5 tsp cumin (cumin)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 yolk
1 teaspoon water
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1. For the filling, cut the onion into thin quarter rings and squeeze the onion with your hands until it becomes soft and juicy. Add onion, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin (cumin) to a bowl of minced meat and stir everything well.
2. Fold three sheets of filo dough in a pile, having previously coated each sheet with vegetable oil. On the long side of the sheet, divide the dough into 5 pieces and cut a stack of 3 sheets of dough into 5 strips.
3. On the edge of each strip, consisting of 3 sheets, put a spoonful of the filling and roll the pie in the shape of a triangle to the end of the strip (see the video for more details)
4. Place the triangles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Grease the top with vegetable oil and yolk diluted with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake pies in an oven preheated at 180 degrees, convection mode until browning. (I have 30 minutes). Bon Appetit!
