Triangle Strategy is the new grid based strategy RPG from Square Enix. It might be a little early to say, but this might just be the game I was looking for! Here are my first impressions!
Great review! I had mixed feelings after playing the first part of the demo. But after watching this, I may give it another look. Even if I don't end up taking to the game, I definitely like ideas and mechanics that it is experimenting with (especially the scales of conviction).
The scales are cool and I will praise them for the game not telling you what your actions strengthen. I'm seriously addicted to this game at the moment. The characters you get are all unique in ability and that's the big selling point for me. One thing I would change about my thoughts is that the game does get much harder quickly on in terms of AI, so be warned there!
@@PragmatikReviews I'd recommend checking out Wildermyth. It's a hidden Gem I found recently and it has position based combat like these games. I binged the whole game and its 6 storylines within like a week or so. The gameplay is insanely fun. Its a generational game. You start with 3 characters and years pass as you play to the point you can see them become grandparents. As the threats fall into hiding for years until the next big moment the threats take advantage of. The characters grow based on your choices, and when you beat 1 story you can add your characters into a legacy. To which you can reuse them in another story that requires a more experienced character who has seen the world more. Or in a sandbox mode. So yeah what I'm saying is I recommend it and I figure you would love it like I do.
@@Diana-ny4bc I would recommend this hidden gem called, "Raid Shadow Legends". This game has AAA title level graphics and if you play now you get THREE new exciting Champions! Raid Shadow Legeds, try it out now for free!
