Thanks, yes that is really helpful. The hold at exhalation is calming for me (hold on inhale stimulates me) . I'm definitely going to experiment with the vacuum aspect. I was actually playing around with a triangle ratio this morning where i inhaled and exhaled with small pulses in rhythm to my heart beat. So , inhale in 15 "pulses" (15 × heart beats) exhale out 15 "pulses" (15 × heart beats) hold 15 heart beats . I like it. And i am now exploring triangle breath because of your videos on it.
