Thanks, yes that is really helpful. The hold at exhalation is calming for me (hold on inhale stimulates me) . I'm definitely going to experiment with the vacuum aspect. I was actually playing around with a triangle ratio this morning where i inhaled and exhaled with small pulses in rhythm to my heart beat. So , inhale in 15 "pulses" (15 × heart beats) exhale out 15 "pulses" (15 × heart beats) hold 15 heart beats . I like it. And i am now exploring triangle breath because of your videos on it. It's nice to know a bit about the science and physiology, but at the end of the day, your body is your own, and the techniques you use have to feel good and effective for you.😊 I've mentioned a few times on the channel that all my favorite teachers have always had the same sort of motto: "You are your own best healer".
