Hey, I just thought of something. Do you have breathing routines i can do while walking? I walk a 5k every day, a breath workout while walking seems like an added bonus. I mean I am breathing anyway! Lol.
@BenMJay I do! In all honesty, I teach breathing for daily activities (including while walking and working out) in my 4-Week Breath Boot Camp. I tend to not teach those strategies on RU-vid much, because I feel they require a bit more attentiveness and guidance, then a simple 5-minute video. You are simply awesome.. to teach us the variations! I liked the 4-8 breath and also the final vacuum hold. I noticed my pulse rate dropping by 20 with this breathing exercise. Thank you soooo much Tara 🤗
