Interesting theme today. I loved the commentary of each one. Gulsher was very gracious toward Princess Diana. Well done. I loved Tahir’s comment … killing one innocent person is like killing all humans. (Paraphrased)
Yeah and Tahir was quoting the qur'an basically, there's a verse (5:32) “Whoever kills a person [unjustly]…it is as though he has killed all mankind. And whoever saves a life, it is as though he had saved all mankind.”
Tahir's thoughts on that is also the same reason as to why Denmark does not have the death penalty since it was removed back... like, i think it was in the early 1930s, but no death sentences had been done since the prior to the 1890s. Except for a moment during 1945-1950 due to nazi german collaborators of the more grievous variety. Since then, the idea of even a single innocent person being sentenced to death by the state, had made it a non-feasible punishment method since you cannot bring back the dead, should wrongful conviction have happened.
Loved this segment. What a great concept. I liked it when was said that this channel gave them insight to other cultures, ways of eating and so many experiences from around the world. As I observed them for many times it opens my mind in the same way and challenges people to understand and experience other cultures. Sometimes we take our ways for granted and need to learn about our brothers and sisters abroad as we are all connected. Traditions and sharing foods and learning the history of it in other countries is a wonderful way to start. Always be respectful and appreciate each other’s points of view even if we may not always agree or differ in our opinions. ❤ It is exciting to taste and smell the dishes of other countries and cultures. PEACE 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
OMG! This video is my dream come true! I am a 52 year old widow so I cook in Nicholas's memory, remembering his favorite meals. And since I'm a lonely widow, I dream of who Nicholas is having dinner with in heaven - Princess Diana! Michael Jackson! Elvis!!!!! 💜 This video is a slice of heaven for me! And I got into Tribal People because a lot of my loved ones died, from 2008-2019. I live an isolated life of solitude. Tribal People are my online best friends! I am a gourmet chef and a total foodie. I am retired from running a day care to becoming a restaurant manager. Both jobs were constant eating and the years of feeding kids has turned me into a nutritional specialist. And then Tahir starts speaking my language! I'm going to put this video on replay while I clean my kitchen. I grew up in Saudi Arabia so hearing them speak is my "comfort food".
@@cathinieto39 hey friend 💜 thanks for reaching out. It means a lot to me, to check my notifications and find your sweet sincerity.....(usually, it's some idiot who is trying to bait me into playing insult tennis)
Excellent video! This was a clever idea for them to try the last meals. 🍽What I enjoy most is hearing their thoughts and impressions and the things they share with us. It helps to strengthen the connection. Watching these guys makes my day better. 😊 Long live TPT! 🎊
Well of course Chaudhary got the sweet dish 😂 I remember the early days of this channel when they mostly ate with their hands. They are all very adept at dining etiquette now. Gul Sher always looked like prince to me - now he feels like one too 👍😎👍
The fact that these guys know Lady Diana and MJ shows just how MASSIVE they were. Nobody had phones and laptops back then, only TVs and I am sure, these guys didn't have TVs either, yet they know about Diana and MJ. Some people truly are larger than life.
I always thought Elvis died "*making* ice cream" after eating a fried peanut butter, banana, and bacon sandwich. You really should have the team try all of the delicacies that Elvis enjoyed --- that man loved food.
I remember Priscilla saying that he went through a meatloaf and mashed potato phase where he ate it for dinner every night for 6 months! Gotta admit that I love me some meatloaf and mashed, too! Comfort food! 😁
Elvis died on the toilet. Sadly his opiate addiction have him severe constipation as it normally does and the fecal compaction....well you get the idea....
@@patricialavery8270My Pops fought in WWII and he loved a good strong cup of black coffee. He drank it all during the day and even made himself a pot before bedtime. Slept like a rock, too. I'd be wide awake all night if I did that! He'd only drink perked coffee and said that drip coffee makers were made by the devil. 😂 I still have my Nana's percolator!
I've been watching all your videos for several months and love them. I laugh every time. Doing so makes me want to visit Pakistan because the people seem kind, humble, polite, funny and caring. If I visited, what would be the best advice? Safety? Where to stay? Best time of year? How to respect and appreciate the culture from an Englishman's point of view? What is the best highlight for a holiday? What must foreigners experience? Maybe this is a chance for you to make a RU-vid video on such topic? Keep making videos guys. They're great :)
I'm so glad you picked Mr. Chaudary to eat the ice cream. He would have been so upset to be handed an omelette instead. He lights up like he's 5 years old when dessert shows up.
How lucky for Mr C Elvis also had a sweet tooth. Could have easily been a banana and Peanut butter sandwich. It was interesting to hear the gentlemen say such nice things about these celebrities.
❤ Your channel has shown the world the lives of regular Pakistan people. Has made me aware of how many people in the world don’t use silverware but hands in eating. 😀🇺🇸
Tastes better too ! I get to eat home made Indian food and we use our fingers . ( folks do any way with pizza , fries, burgers etc ). All I need is roti and my fingers and I can get it all just fine !
Usually when Americans see people in turbans from India or the middle east we assume theyre hostile towards us, abusive to women, ignorant of God and worse. But when I watched these people eating American dishes with the same enjoyment, it made me see how close we are, common in our ways, pleasures and things we enjoy and it gave me hope that everyone can become closer no matter what nation, race, upbringing or beliefs. Food, among other things is a great unifier that we must share.
Elvis Presley is my cousin😊 he loved grilled banana and peanut butter sandwiches. Awe I was hoping you played one of his songs. King of Rock. He is American Indian (like me) mourning was her name 1800s
4:24 Michael Jackson's doctor gave him a fatal dose of medication used to put you to sleep for surgery. Many people think the record label that owned his music murdered him in order to keep his music for themselves because his contracts with them were about to expire and he'd finally be free from them.
4:07 I think having them listening to certain genres or popular american songs will be a fun idea! for real to be first is elvis just like chaudary request ^^! (of course the songs should be appropriate)
Mr. Chaudhary looked so crestfallen when the ice cream sandwiches were melting faster than he could eat them. Also, since he mentioned the idea of putting biscuits (cookies) in ice cream, he should definitely try Cookies n' Cream ice cream and Cookie Dough ice cream!
What might also be interesting is the last meals condemned prisoners select, when they KNOW it will be their last meal before execution. Those celebrities had no idea this would be their last meal, so there was nothing special about it. It was just random chance.
maybe in the next session; let them listen to the famous music artists over a good meal. The likes of Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley, Nat King Cole and Frank Sinatra. Perhaps later; Opera.
