I haven't made any of these. I have made tiny pancakes, but I've done that for almost 40 years. Never made them into cereal, though. I don't like soggy stuff and my soft, fluffy pancakes would be soggy in no time.

I remember asking my mother, back in the '60s, to make 'dots' for me. I loved the extra-browned, crispy, buttery edges that made up almost the entire dot. (Read that fatty and full of carcinogens today.) She hated doing it, because the miniscule things were such a pain to flip (which as an adult, I confirmed and totally understood). She compromised once in a while by making silver dollar-sized pancakes.☺️ I wouldn't want either of them drowned in milk.

I've not heard of the frog bread yet. The cloud bread was around before the pamdemic, because it's a substitute for bread on the keto (low to no carb) diet. Food coloring optional, lol. Maybe it got bigger during the pandemic because we all gained weight, lol. This was an interesting break! And again, so happy Ameeta is back!

I wish I could send some of my sourdough! It's not weird, but it was a pandemic trend. I grew my own sourdough starter from flour and water (capturing and growing the wild yeast needed to leaven the bread) and I got really good at shaping and baking them during the pandemic. I make delicious pan pizzas that taste better than delivery, at a fraction of the cost.
