Dual Rope on Push Days, and Straight Bar Pushdown on Arm only days, if I do decide to incorporate an arm day during the week. I can use more load on the straight bar, but I use less load for a greater stretch on the dual rope
Rope extension hits more for me i have tried straight bar for 1 month and it got me lost some size on my biceps and then i tried rope Triceps push down for 1 month and it was more working for me
What’s her face 👓 said it’s better to do ropes cause it concentrates the actual muscle better instead of ego lifting more weight… Explain everyone that uses bar push downs exclusively then.
