Bernina UK I have seen all of the Bernina videos. I would like to see more that show what the 200 and 300 series can do just like this video has shown. I have been sewing on a Bernina since I was eight years old so I can do a lot on them but it’s always exciting to see what else we can do. There are plenty of videos on the 700 series I notice and of course those who own one of those machines would be asking for even more webinars too. 💕

Dear Dina A, I do not think you need to change the stitch plate. I recommend you use Foot 52 to prevent the fabric from sticking and a size 90 Jeans needle as this has a slim acute point that will cut through the oilskin stopping the needle getting stuck.

Hi Ruby, thanks for asking. Yes, foot #52 is compatible with your B 570 QE. For full compatibility information on all our accessories please refer to the accessory catalog: www.bernina.com/en-US/Support-US/Product-Catalogs As you can see on page 11, there are different versions of foot #52 for different machine categories. If you have bought an earlier version of the B 570 QE (before 2017, see www.bernina.com/en-US/Support-US/Machines/BERNINA-5-Series/BERNINA-570-QE-before-2017) you will need the foot type that is compatible with machine category B. If you are using a new B 570 QE with Dual Feed, you will need foot #57D, compatible with machine category E.
