Trident - Marine Aquarium Water Analyzer 

Been following this bad boy a long time. Love how they are using titration and not just calculating elements based on other readings. If this thing can work reliably for years with hopefully minimal but regular maintenance it will be a game changer.

Think I'll stick with Alkatronic it doesn't require all the expensive stuff to run it as it is totally stand alone and will control the level by added or slowing/stopping the flow of alk liquid that you are dosing. Then there is running costs and the Alkatronic is far cheaper to run long term and each test costs in the region of 0.04p Annual maintenance is £30 but if know what your doing you can do it for about £5 so 4 test per day plus annual maint is about £60 per annumit will cost that for a about 3 months testing with Trident.

And the price could be interesting if it works on Apex Classic?

Dear Neptune Sales, Operations and Planning Teams, First off, thank you for putting out a fantastic product. But I, and many others, have an issue: This is beyond ridiculous. Please just tell us when the 6 month supply of reagents will be back in stock. I understand and appreciate the COVID-19 impact, but I also work in Supply Chain and can absolutely assure you that China and other SEA countries are back up to full production. Even accounting for the fact that you're likely shipping via Ocean ( with a 1-2 month shipping time). Please stop using COVID as an excuse. You were unable to keep your supply up with demand prior to COVID and show no signs that you're getting any better. Feel free in passing this message along, or deleting, but your Supply Planning is an absolute wreck and is frankly very likely misaligned with an actual S&OP process. Or, Neptune is not capable of ramping up production capacity within their supply partners or in finding additional capacity with other partners. Your customers are losing faith and bombarding the Neptune with one-star reviews because of the lack of 6 month reagents. When can we expect the 6 month pack supply to be in stock? Please do not respond with the point that the 2 month supply is in stock. That's very well known and is at a much higher cost point. Unless you'd like to sell us three of the 2 month packs for the price of the 6 month supply. Seriously, it's been over a year. Get your act together. At this point, it's just getting embarrassing. Money money money

Piece of junk...Neptune has really gone downhill, especially with the cheap parts they use and the service they provide. They only have one service tech Kyle and his job is to up-sell you. They are the only company I know who tells you that their system will probably fail somewhere between 18-24 months and you need to send them more money to keep it going so they can charge you $200.00 to replace some tubing and a small pump from China. So glad to now go with Hydros. The product and parts are so much more advanced they Neptune.
