Was that 46.055knots and (dare I say it, a little bit of smoke) I saw there!! Thank goodness just a collet strip and nothing major!🙄 Arggh man still waiting on my Ul-19 and now the RCBoat gods have directed me to get a SW-V2!! Haha, oh well only live once!! Yo Big "B" where are your batts positioned? That's usually where I start. If I can't get it tuned with CG, then I turn my attention to the trim tabs. I run slightly bigger batteries typically in the 6500 to 8000 mAh range which are heavier than the 5000/5200 packs you are using. My boat usually runs more on the wet side which scrubs some speed but it's really stable. I am very curious about the V2 SonicWake's motor mount - it's aluminum as apposed to the V1's plastic mount. Would you happen to know if the aluminum motor mount will fit the V1? If it does, that's a super worthwhile upgrade. Thanks for the video - I missed you this morning :)
I'm running the battery's back, in the boat. I've had this boat before when they first came out, had her running pretty good with the stock electronics. Really just showing guys that tuning an boat is a process and doesn't come over night, ya know. I could of just slammed the trim tabs ALl The ways down and be done, but what's the fun in that. ya know. The v2 is on the way, I have not seen the mount so I couldn't answer that question,wish I could help brother. I've had a heck of a schedule this week & didn't get today's video out till this evening 🙃
