The issue was regarding the business part of promoting the record which included a budget for a video and as Trina said there was bad business and her team dropped the ball on that. You really think a main stream artist like nicki is going to do some low budget video just because she and Trina are friends and ignore the business end of everything? Would you expect that of Cardi or Beyonce or Rihanna or Arianna? If Trina's team had done their job properly then for sure there would have been a bomb ass baps video. But instead of taking responsibility they are mad she's doing a video with Meghan, whose team is actually doing a smart job with her business and brand.

Nicki did it for free because her and Trina both have a wonderful relationship outside of the music industry. Nicki even said it on queen radio that when the song was recorded and done two years ago she talked to Trina about getting the video done while she lived in Miami at that time before she gets too busy with other obligations. Trina the one didn’t have the money for the video at the time and now that the album is out and the album didn’t do so well it would’ve been nice that they both had the video done when it’s supposed to be done--two years ago! It’s Trina fault and her team and she admits that. Nicki still has receipts that she asked Trina to get the video done two years ago but Trina procrastinated. It’s all about timing. And Trina didn’t have her timing in order.
