So, you had a bad experience at Mucho Burrito because of the rude employee. If you want, you can anonymously complain to the manager. That's what I would've done. That's completely unacceptable behaviour. On top of that, you are not satisfied with the Triple O burger. As soon as I saw that you're doing Triple O, I was sure it was gonna be at least an 8. You probably thought the same thing. I feel for you, Jesse.

You want to eat a mushroom burger that tastes like mushrooms, you gotta make that drive to Kelowna and go to Burger Baron (or find one in Alberta). Great review, too bad Triple Os didnt hit the spot today.

my mucho burrito has similarly gone downhill just like chipotle has, with their very inconsistant and small portion sizes. they use the flattest spoon possible for the meat and rice, and it always falls back into the bin when they scoop, its just the worst and i dont go back

We've only had Triple O's here in Calgary for about a year. Tried 'em twice. Even getting two-for-one deals, I won't return - their burgers are just meh

I just went yesterday to a White Spot (sit down ) restaurant on the West side of Vancouver. Frigging pricey . I had the bacon cheeseburger platter $22 + a cuppa coffee-$4.30!!!! / glass of water and a $3.00 gravy. My brother had the legendary platter $18 , coke $2.75 + $3.50 upgrade to onion rings + 2 pieces of cheesy bread stupidity another $3.50. ...two dips at $1 each. Well hey, the napkins were free! Oh, to add. My brother wanted to get a single legendary burger to take home -no fries-no combo- just the burger = $15/nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I can't justify paying 12 to 13 bucks for a burger. I'd rather go to A&W for a better tasting burger myself. Triple O's burgers are ok at best but not for the price

I gotta add - mushroom burgers should not have lettuce, ketchup, onions, or anything like that. Should be mushrooms and mushroom sauce and that's it!

That's disappointing. Looked like a good burger. The problem I find with these mushroom cheese burgers is they can be kind of bland against the flavor of the beef and especially if there's a sauce in there with a strong taste. I think Wendy's bacon portabella melt works for a couple reasons. First the only sauce if I recall is the cheddar cheese sauce, and second it has bacon. I find the salt of the bacon helps bring out the mushroom flavor. I've tried the Triple O monty mushroom burger, and it was OK but bland. What I would do with this burger is swap out the Triple O sauce for mayo, and add bacon. I think that would work a lot better.

I think you just said it all.... This guy went in thinking it was going to rain and thought it was going to be easy 💰 and it wound up being nice out. We've all been there, only difference is, I run in when offered to work a holiday. 😂 I'm more than happy to get that extra 💸 . As for the burger... that's an expensive smash. I don't think we have that chain over here.

13 bucks for a burger, and not even great for that price damn. When it comes to burgers I found it's just better to just buy an air-fryer, buy beef patties and buns in bulk and make it your own way quickly at home.

We didn't see the worker reaction therefore its hardly likely that this food review channel will get anybody fired based on saying that the service suck. Even if managment hears about this, they would want to know what happen and how to fix the issue for next time. Maybe the worker just had a bad day and was in a foul mood those things can happen. Or if its a habitual thing than maybe it is time to let him go if the restaurant was losing customers as a result.
