It's time for some major expansion on the South Coast network, with new services from Gosport and Newport. First, the 222 between Gosport and Whiteley Village via Stubbington, Titchfield and Swanwick. Then it's Newport's turn for a pair of town services, the 904 to Carisbrooke, Gunville Crescent, and the 905 to Medina College via Staplers. The 222 carries the route branding "TripleTwo" on a fleet of B7RLE Wright Eclipse 2s, while the 904 and 905 are run with some Optare Solo M960SRs. Both new fleets are numbered in a way that takes into account the fact that National Busways is a well established company, which is something I want to do going forward and intend to address when it comes to the existing fleets.
