Wow... Royal Air Maroc looks wonderful. The seating design, the layout of the cabin is very nice, and quite different to other airlines. Very unique. Very good catering for a 2 hour flight. Royal Air Maroc seems to have a very high quality product.
Well, glad to know you like our services. I work at Royal Air Maroc as a Captain and yes, I can ageee it looks wonderful. Fly from JFK to CMN and you would get the best flight experience of your life. Also I fly a 787, just saying that.
My Dad joined their frequent flier program and then on his first flight with them London-Casablanca-Ouagadougou got upgraded to Business Class for no apparent reason!! He had no status with them whatsoever but that of course really impressed him, so maybe there was some sense in it after all!
That’s a pretty short route, but it connects two different continents!) Glad to see the new airline on this channel. Thanks to Simply Aviation for another great tripreport 😀👍✈️
I always liked Morocco, having lived there for a number of years when I was much younger, I've been back a couple of times more recently however. I have flown on RAM a number of times over the years and always found it a very pleasant experience - I'm glad they have maintained their good standards, although as this report seems to have been filmed pre-pandemic I hope they have managed to come out the other side of that trauma without too much pain.
Say all you want about the 737 MAX, but for me, it offers my favourite narrowbody experience so far. Flew on it before the grounding from HKT to SIN. So quiet, so roomy and the overhead bins and mood lighting are just brilliant.
@@leonhertrich8014 No, it was still Silk Air at the time. This was back in June 2018. The new SIA cabin on the MAX looks really nice, wish I had that on my flight.
Their cabin really reminds me of Thai Vietjet A321 (with Wow Air livery), purple seats, 2-2 configured business class up front and 3-3 economy behind it, universal power outlet and tablet holder installed as well
Another excellent trip report Felix! RAM seems to be a truly competitive airline and fills its role as a European, African, and Arabian airline nicely!😸
Yes, Simon disappeared for a few years, but the last tripreport so far with him was 2 months ago. Here’s it: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-32gkAUM-_xc.html
Nice . I'm the first to watch this video from Cameroon . Ur videos inspire me man . I've never been in a plane but watching ur videos make me feel like I've been flying all my life
Felix, I guess you haven't flown Air Sial of Pakistan yet because on their Islamabad-Karachi Flight (which is a 2 hours flight) you get as much food as you get on 4-5 hours flight on most of other airlines. So i hope that you come to Pakistan soon and review Air Sial as well. ♥️♥️♥️
Strange to see them use a 737-800 safety card. I thought airlines only did that since it has been allowed to fly again so people don't realise they are flying on one. Since this is before it was grounded it seems a bit strange. Looks like a good airline though.
I flew on a Chinese MAX 8 in Jan 2019 and the crew announced it as an -800 in the safety demo. I guess people were already a bit nervous about flying on the type after the first crash.
The max is now probably the safest aircraft that regularly flies due to the immense scrutiny that boeing was under and how much trust they needed to gain back. If another Max went down it’ll surely be the end for boeing, they had to do everything in their power to make this aircraft safe.
@@fruitnuggetfilms5962 well, tbh, all they did was fixing a software glitch to keep the overambitious MCAS under control, but the fundamental problem of the MAX remains, it’s an 60 year old airframe design never meant to carry these massive engines under its wings. And MCAS still relies on a single sensor for all MAX8 that have delivered already.
I mean can you really blame them? It’s nearly impossible to fly the amount of flights they used to thanks to the pandemic, and they don’t want to have their channel go quiet for periods of time
Guys, this video is 3 (three!!!!) YEARS OLD!!!!! How can this be in any meaningful way relevant as a trip report totally escapes me............... 🙃🙃🙃🙃 Sorry guys, you can do better...........................👎
I completely understand your frustration. There is a reason why we hadn't posted this video yet. Due to the pandemic we weren't able to travel much in 2020 and early-2021. Because we did not know how long this would last, we kept some videos from 2019 and early-2020, so that we wouldn't run out of videos. Luckily, now we are able to travel more easily again, but we did not want these old videos go to waste. So we are going to publish some of the most interesting of these older videos in the coming weeks. We estimate that this will take until summer, but then we hopefully won't ever again have to publish a video which is more than a year old. I apologize for this and hope you can understand!
