Yeah. And fun fact when I watched the movie in theaters, before the movie started, the rating actually said PG-13. Props to whoever did this in my theater
I think this movie is a great example for how not every movie needs to be 100% original or groundbreaking to be a good movie worth watching and rewatching.
i’m not ashamed to say that i absolutely loved trolls 3, it’s just such a good time and i love the characters so much, i even bought a trolls 3 poster and a keychain of clay loll
@@dcobwamas my opinion I feel like it is better than the first and second one, but I do respect your opinion as well ❤ the originals are great as well!!
For the villains alone this movie is worth it Like they're not S tier villains done by DreamWorks but those two are just a ton of fun (and have solid motivations that aren't contradicted by a previous installment or characters *aggressively looks at Kung Fu Panda 4*)
@@i..kindaquit my personal main issue is with the villain, she just really lacks something after the stuff Tai Lung,Lord Shen and Kai gave. And her motivation falls apart with way too much ease I see Kung Fu Panda 4 the same way I see Toy Story 4,it didn't need to exists, but now it does, and it wasn't awful but it could've been better Apparently things were messy behind the scenes too so that doesn't help
I mean not all the jokes were just for kids. There were a bunch of hungover/high/drug jokes and even a sex joke from Bridget when they get captured by viva “I didn’t think BOTH of us would be tied up on this honeymoon” or something close to that
Watching Trolls 3 weirdly enough was such a breath of fresh air. Like it wasn’t perfect or anything but it was the first “family movie” I’ve seen in a while. It’s always oh this movie horrible, oh this is a masterpiece but Trolls 3 was just an enjoyable movie and I appreciate it for that
I think there was like 2 references to the 2nd movie: 1. Cooper's brother is at the wedding and 2. That's where they established that King Peppy lies about the weirdest, yet most important things
i personally was always embarrassed by being a trolls fan, but after band together dropped i felt more comfortable telling people i watched it 11 times.
Im not afraid to say that ive been a fan of the trolls franchise since the first movie. They're my comfort movies but I would say that the 3rd movie is the best of all. There's more characters but unlike Wish, they actually have more personality
I'm not afraid to call myself a Trolls fan too, been a fan of this series ever since seeing the first movie, it's one of my favorites. Even saw Trolls Band Together multiple times in theaters, even wore my favorite Poppy shirt when I went. I actually got to go to the early access showing that happened November 4th, the series anniversary.
I can appreciate a movie that just runs on vibes and silliness Not something I’d go out of my way to rewatch but if it was on I’d sit down to watch. And I definitely do go out of my way to listen to the covers 😭
i am surprised he never mentioned the whole thing with tiny and branch on the car scenes, where they quite literally talk about dr*g usage and addiction lmao
19:30 as a person who’s been a fan of trolls since I was like 6 or 7 I feel like trolls has actually aged up there audience a tad bit instead of dumbing it down. I think because of the overall plot and jokes I would probably say the main demographic for the first movie is probably 3-5 year olds, even I as a 6/7 year old only laughed at like 2 fart jokes in the movie. But the second one I could definitely tell had a shift in marketing compared to the first one (for the most part not because of 2020) since I think the first one had a lot more like arts and crafts stuff and room decor for toddlers and had a lot of things sold at like Walmart or Walgreens, while the second movie had a lot more toys and stickers produced than the first one and I often saw that merch at dollar stores or random and unpopular chain stores so the demographic for that movie was probably 6-9 but for the 3rd movie I’ve been seeing a lot of coloring books and posters at Fred Meyer and target so that demographic was probably a 9-12 one.
I love the opening skits to your videos, man. What I like most about the Trolls movies is their bright and positive color palette. Reminds me of My Little Pony G5.
10:10 To be fair despite the movie being a jukebox musical there are five original songs that were written for the film Perfect, Watch Me Work, It Takes Two, Better Place and Family. Even the previous instalments also had some original songs. The first one had Get Back Up Again , Can't Stop The Feeling and What You Working With? .The second had Born To Die , Leaving Lonesome Flats, It's All Love and Just Sing.
I loved this movie very much. At least, it's a lot better than the Dreamworks movies of 2024. You got to give them credit for the fun music, stunning visuals, and the overall themes of siblings and family.
feels more kid friendly? I think they actually set the target audience to teens - 20s more this time, considering all the songs are from 2000s, keep referencing pop stars from 2000s, there's literally a drug joke, (slight) sex joke in it.
I dunno if Velvet and Veneer's dynamic is inherently good outside of a writing standpoint since it's heavily implied that Velvet is abusive towards her brother
We did it,guys! He finally reacted to it! Honestly, this was much better than i anticipated it to be. First movie was fine, the second was brainrot, but this third movie manages to go on par with the first movie, and even beat Disney's 100th anniversary movie on the expenses part! I'll pretend Megamind 2 and Kung Fu Panda 4 are non-existent and waiting for The Wild Robot and Dogman But anyways, thank you for heeding on our request,Brian! 😊❤️
Bro my friends wanted to watch this movie and i made a whole fight so we can watch something else( and that was a masterpiece) we decided to watch something else than what we wanted.😭
Here are movies that I wished u review Shrek, How To Train ur Dragon, The Lion King, and a 1 hour observation of the line Singing Killed My Gramdma from TROLLS.
I remember watching the first movie in theatres when I was like in grade something I forgot, and watching the 2 one during covid, so watching this one feels like it’s like a full circle, and the amount of adult jokes which I know understand what they mean kinda makes me feel like the movie was growing with me
I tottaly just love trolls movies for the musicals there so catchy and I was a sucker for the jukebox retro cause i grew up with one direction boy band LOL so lots of memorial songs
I loved this movie so much than wish as of matter of fact there’s something that happened when my mom was choosing the movie that we wanted to watch in theaters So this happened My mom was like hey what about this movie wish it looks good And me and my sister were like trolls trolls trolls and we just kept cheering it and cheering it until she finally agreed to take us to see trolls band together And when we walked out of the theater we were like wow that movie was so good I wonder how wish was like and then this mom came out with her child and the mom was like ugh that movie was so boring like that villain backstory so cliche and that song he sang when it came on I wanted to tear my ears off And my mom was like I’m sure she just saying that because she’s an adult And then the moms child was like yeah mommy why didn’t we go see trolls I’m sure it was so good And me my mom and my sister were like well I guess wish wasn’t that great after all bummer I’m sure the princess was a good character And then like the next month I saw the box office scores and was like Well I guess we were lucky to see trolls But yeah I saw the reviews for the movie and I was like I knew this movie wouldn’t be good but no one listens to me Long story short I’m so glad I watched troll’s instead of wish that’s the most bland joke of a movie ever
Hate to break it to you, but people are gonna complain if this franchise gets another sequel Maybe some people will want another sequel, but NOT everyone
I Been Watching This 3rd Film For 3rd Time, and it's Been Stuck in my head for watching that film with my Youngest Sister and my Oldest I Felt Like Trolls Band Together is Ok for me, It's wasn't the best Dreamworks Movie (In My Opinion,) And I Know i been watching the Trolls Lots since 2016, But i only like Part 1 OoO
Fun fact: In the show they introduced an entire new species the party crashers and I of them lives in the village now He never appeared again Nether in the shows or the movies The trolls are really good at making species unexist
You should check out Migration. It was actually not bad. Kinda scary in some parts for kids (though mine didn’t mind) but a surprisingly funny and cute family film!
I'm a grown ass person obsessed with this franchise but... Why has no one questioned how the trolls got into the diamond bottles in the first place? Do they have a diamond bottle making machine? did they use Diamond glue? How'd Floyd breathe in there?
I’m gonna be honest, i watched the movie only because my friend showed me the boss fight and i thought “imma give it a chance” without ever watching 1st and 2nd movie and you know what? I LOVED IT!! Seriously, it’s been my hyperfixation since December (i’ve rewatched the movie 17th times already lmao) and Velvet and Veneer carried the movie ngl. Also Brianna Mazzola (Velvet’s singing va) did and amazing job as well as Andrew Rannels (Veneer’s va) in the climax
Good review, even if I disagree a little bit. I found Trolls Band Together better than the first two movies, and I love the first two movies. I'm just a fan of Trolls since the first movie. As someone who loves this series, it's refreshing to hear a positive review to a Trolls movie on RU-vid. Thanks for that.
You DO realise that like most movie trilogies that involve love, there WILL be one of Poppy having a child and then one of Poppy raising said child, right?
My number 1 problem with this movie was that they forgot to incorporate their hair. Troll hair is established to be such an important part of troll culture, yet in this movie it’s barely used. I’m the show it was shown they could do so much with it and while I understand they already had lots going on the lack of use age of their hair kinda made me sad.
Okay, you are half right to think it’s the fifth film, because technically it is. It’s the third future length film but there has been two shorter films celebrating the holidays.
Trolls 1; Happyness was inside you all this time! Trolls 2: Everyone being the same is bad, differences matters. Trolls 3: Don't abandon your brothers... i think it's the message of the movie; it's hard to understand it. The puppets and Betty spaguetti people have pretty design, i can't deny it! I prefer all the trolls kingdoms in the second movie but thoses characters are entertaining 🙂
