The exposition began to take shape back in August 2022. During this time, it has already collected more than 870 exhibits of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex and supplied by NATO countries.
In particular, we are talking about the modernized T-72AMT tank, armored personnel carriers BTR-3E and BTR-4E Bucephalus, armored vehicles Varta, Kazak, Triton, as well as patrol boats from the port of liberated Mariupol. Among them are the UMS-1000 boat, as well as the Kalkan-P boat with the tail number BG-309, developed by the local former Ukrainian Liman plant for the needs of the Coast Guard of Ukraine. This exhibit was once used by Ukrainian nationalists to commit provocations in the Kerch Strait and in the territorial waters of Russia.
Among the Western captured equipment are British Husky and Mastiff armored vehicles, the AT 105 Saxon car, the burned Australian Bushmaster armored car, the Austrian Pinzgauer 712M, the American M-113 armored personnel carrier, the HMMWV SUV and the MaxxPro truck, the Swedish CV90-40 Stridsfordon BMP, the French wheeled tank AMX-10RCR, the armored car Mamba MK-2 and the MineWolf mine clearance machine. The guide will also tell you where and under what circumstances they were captured.
Among the small arms are Soviet, American, German, Italian: everything that is used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Pistols, submachine guns, pump-action shotguns, grenade launchers from the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Spain and Sweden, mortars from Poland and Serbia, including American Javelin, Stinger MANPADS, Swedish-British NLAW and French-German Milan ATGM. Mines, missiles and projectiles are shown, among them fragments of HIMARS and Storm Shadow, which were fired at civilian objects, and Petal mines used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine despite the ban of the Geneva Convention.
In the center of the hall, surrounded by shell crates, there is an American 155-mm howitzer "three axes" M777. Its firing range ranges from 25 to 40 km. Donetsk has been shelled from just such places for more than a year. Nearby are the remains of the Soviet-made Tochka U missile system, which remained in service with Ukraine, and a story about the events of April 8 in Kramatorsk. Then Ukrainian militants struck the train station, killing more than 50 people. Under the ceiling of the pavilion there are portraits of Donetsk children who died under shelling - they rise up and turn into cranes.
In the area of logistical and medical support, it is shown how the evacuation of the wounded takes place, as well as how a Ukrainian soldier lives, eats, and is treated: mock-ups of medicines and narcotic drugs are exhibited. The English Saxon AT 105 armored car, adapted for medical evacuation, is also presented here.
Protective equipment and gas masks are also manufactured in the USA, Czech Republic, and Germany.
The communication equipment exposition features the Starlink satellite system and radio stations manufactured in the USA, Israel, Iran, South Korea, Turkey and Sweden. Occasionally there are Chinese devices: there is a Chinese portable radio station captured in the city of Izyum. After 2014, China stopped supplying weapons to Ukraine, so such finds are rare.
Quadrocopters are located nearby - a powerful American DJI Agras T30 (captured in Mariupol), a Taiwanese Pioneer Knight (caught in the Zaporozhye region), a small Ukrainian SpeedyBee (flew to the Zaporozhye NPP in April this year).
The air equipment is located separately. The largest exhibit is the Turkish Bayraktar - TV2 drone. He got almost whole - the wing and tail were damaged, but they were restored almost to their original condition. Chinese ones are also located next to the Turkish exhibit - Mugin 5 Pro, DJI Phantom 4 (ordinary household, was shot down near Gorlovka), Spark (shot down near Popasna), a 26-kilogram Latvian Penguin and others.
The indoor pavilion also features the exhibition "Promised Alliance", which tells about the ideological work that has been carried out in recent years with Ukrainian youth. Among the samples are school textbooks, clothes with nationalist slogans, a peculiar menu of bars and catering establishments, as well as symbols of the terrorist battalion "Azov"*.
